Karen started working at Pam Parker's farm nine years ago as an assistant. But, her love of flowers started many years before that; even as a little girl, Karen used to arrange weeds from the fields.

Working for Pam, Karen began to learn about floral design. Karen took every class Pam taught at local colleges, learning, as she says, from the best. Karen worked her way up in the company, becoming a floral designer in 2000. Her work includes special events, funerals and everyday floral arrangements, though Karen admits to having a special love of wedding design. "I enjoy sitting down with a bride, listening to her dreams for her wedding day, and then designing floral arrangements that help bring that dream to life."

Karen has a strong corporate background in customer service. That background dovetails perfectly with JP Parker's dedication to customer satisfaction.
