One of the greatest rewards we have at JP Parker is the fact that we develop lasting relationships with many of our customers. Here are a few valued clients who have taken the time to write to us.
A Whole Family Says Thanks
Pam Parker writes:
Last year, our company participated in a bridal show in Indianapolis. I noticed a lady sitting in the crowd who I guessed to be the mother of a bride. She seemed in a hurry and a little frazzled. I asked her is I could help her and she exclaimed that she felt very far behind in their plans for a June wedding. I took her for a cup of coffee and we talked about her plans. We proceeded to plan the wedding, which turned out to be just magical. Following are some quotes from the thank you notes JP Parker received from the family.
Mother of the Bride
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart. From the guests I heard words like 'fairytale wedding," but the best word I heard from a friend was "magnificent."
Mother of the Groom
"You knew just what needed to be done and quietly just went about accomplishing it!"
The Bride
"We could not have done it without you. I must admit my bouquet was not the bouquet of my dreams … I could never have dreamed of something so beautiful!"
A Loyal Customer
This Valentine's Day, we had a huge blizzard. A local doctor, who has been a loyal customer of JP Parker for years, was concerned for us braving the storm to deliver flowers.
He sent this note:
"Many thanks to you and your staff; you have created a very positive image. The floral composition was exquisite."
Out-of-Town Customer
Sometimes, clients find us on our website, and we work with them long distance. This particular family lives in Texas but was planning a wedding here in Indianapolis. We worked with them to plan the entire wedding by phone and email. We received the following note from the mother of the bride.
Mother of the Bride
"Thank you for all the patience you showed me. You dealt with a difficult situation in the best possible manner and made me feel I could call at any time and ask my questions no matter how small."
Going the Extra Mile
At JP Parker, we are known for going the extra mile to serve our customers. Last summer, one of our families forgot to bring the guest book to the wedding; they had left it at their home an hour away. We had one of our crew members pick up a guest book and bring it to the wedding. The family wrote this note of thanks:
Mother of the Bride
"You do not realize how much I appreciated all of your smiling faces. I just want to say thanks; the wedding was spectacular. You even helped us out with a guest book! I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation."
